Shipping and Delivery Policy

Akshara Foundation occasionally provides physical materials, certificates, or handouts as part of its workshops and sessions.

1. Delivery Scope

• Physical shipments are limited to addresses within India.

• Digital certificates and materials are shared via email or WhatsApp.

2. Delivery Time

• Materials are typically delivered within 7–10 business days of workshop completion.

• For postal deliveries, delays may occur depending on location and courier availability.

3. Charges

• Physical delivery may be chargeable for private programs or courses.

• Free government programs may receive printed certificates at no cost (if funded).

4. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If materials arrive damaged or are lost, we will reissue after verification, free of cost.
