Cancellation and Refund Policy

Akshara Foundation aims to maintain transparency and fairness in all registrations and payments.

1. Cancellation by Participant
For individual counseling or paid workshops, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may not be refunded unless due to a genuine emergency (subject to review).

2. Cancellation by Akshara Foundation
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances or low registrations.

In such cases, you will receive a full refund or option to reschedule.

3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7 working days through the original mode of payment (via Razorpay).

Free sessions are not eligible for refunds.

​

4. Non-Refundable Conditions
Sessions missed due to technical issues at the user's end (for online workshops).

Personalized counseling booked and not attended without prior notice.
